He’s also gone through the permitting process himself over 150 times. Learn from Jared about the ADU rules, tips and tricks for navigating the permitting process, and optimizing your ADU build. Following the seminar, Jared and other experts will be available to discuss your personal project.
Jared Basler, also known as the Godfather of Granny Flats, is co-founder and Head of Design at Maxable, the one-stop-shop for building your ADU. With over 150 ADUs under his belt, Jared knows what it takes to design an ADU that is functional, beautiful, and cost-effective. In 2018, he was named 2018’s AIA Young Architect of the Year and is a board member for multiple ADU Industry Coalitions.
